Tony Drockton


After earning his MBA, Tony spent over a decade managing successful businesses in construction, real estate, and home finance sectors. In search of a venture that celebrated his creative passions, Tony took the reins at Hammitt in 2008, overseeing its transformation from a best kept hometown secret to a digital and retail phenomenon. Tony is a philanthropist, speaker, mentor, and lifelong entrepreneur, but mostly, he loves experiencing the zest and wonder of life.

After training at Deloitte and serving as CFO at Vidal Sassoon, Andrew earned his MBA and went on to serve as founding COO of Jimmy Choo USA. He guided the iconic brand to 100% revenue growth, year over year. Andrew has since served as CEO three times, helming Taryn Rose and Kardashian Brands before joining Hammitt as CEO.

As Vice President of Direct-To-Consumer at Hammitt, Tracy oversee's all strategy for e-commerce, marketing and creating a world class shopping experience across all channels. Previously working in senior management roles for Taryn Rose, Chinese Laundry, and GAP, Inc.

Jeanne Allen

Design Director

After studying Fine Arts at The University of Texas, Jeanne immersed herself in the creative world of Hammitt, before earning her current position as Senior Designer. During her tenure, Jeanne has traveled extensively in Europe and Asia, researching global trends, personally sourcing premium materials, and guiding an international team of innovators and artisans.

Hsuan Pai

Director of Production and Development

With an elite education in fashion and apparel design at FIDM under her belt, Hsuan went on to work as Director of Product Development at both Charles David and Taryn Rose. She also served as VP of Accessories at Jupi Corporation, before joining Hammitt to helm the brand’s Production and Design division.
